Taking break from their domestic responsibilities as new parents, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren were spotted out and about in Hollywood on Sunday, July 20. The "Good Luck Chuck" beauty looked gorgeous in a floor-length black dress, while her hubby kept it casual in a gray sweater and shorts.

Trying to make sure her newborn daughter Honor is healthy, Jessica Alba has gone so far to study her mom's pregnancy diet, and eat everything she didn't. The 27-year-old actress even took different medications. Jessica worries her child will contract a virus, because she's always sick as a child.

"I was always being sent home sick from school and sometimes I was out for weeks. If I got a cold, I automatically got pneumonia. Sometimes it was so bad I was in the hospital," the "Fantastic Four" star explained. "I've come to think that perhaps I was a product of my environment or the vaccines, or something my mother took when she was pregnant."

Jessica Alba was said to steal her daughter's name, Honor, from a friend. The new mommy confessed she's stuck finding a name for her first child, until a friend revealed her own plans to use Honor. "We were having a girls' night, and one of my friends said, 'If I ever had a girl - but I'm not having any more kids - I will name her Honor," Jessica told OK! magazine.

To the mag, Jessica revealed that preparing the birth of her daughter "was anything but chaotic." "I didn't scream. It was really Zen," the actress told OK! in an exclusive interview and photoshoot. Her hubby Cash Warren could only marvel at her quiet strength when she gave birth. Warren added to the magazine, "She didn't make a sound. It was amazing."

The "Sin City" star further talked about little Honor, saying "She dreams, she smiles, and coos and does all these things, but she hasn't seen enough of the world yet to understand any of that stuff. So I still feel like she's connected to the other world, or something. There's no other way to explain it. It's a miracle." Warren then continued to describe about his pretty daughter, "She looks like a girl version of me. She has my nose, my eyebrows and my..." "Forehead and dimples," Jessica interrupted, adding, "She has my mouth when I was a baby. And my ears." "Maybe Honor is a mixture," Cash reconsidered. "I want her to look like me, because a daughter looking like Jessica, I'd kill myself!"

Jessica, who had natural birth, also revealed her labor pain. "The labor was more like meditation," the 27-year-old told OK!. "I did yoga breathing. I was focused." The actress confessed she's just now starting to lose her baby fat. "I started working out last Thursday, but for 20 minutes. I do cardio on my own. I'm doing it slow," she said. "Now I'm starting to eat more healthy. Because after working out, having fried chicken and mashed potatoes is a little counteractive."
