Recently, Jessica Alba and her hubby Cash Warren were visited Soweto and Alexandra Township in Johannesburg, South Africa. The actress was in town as co-chairperson of the 1GOAL: Education for All campaign, raising awareness for children worldwide to get education.
Alba said, "I've had an incredible visit to South Africa, listening and learning about the fight for education for all and sharing in the world's excitement about the upcoming World Cup. Education beats poverty, but today, 72 million children are out of school around the world."
For the "Sin City" babes, the 2010 FIFA World Cup is about much more than football. "Not only is this going to be a tournament to remember, but the lasting legacy of this World Cup will be education for all," she said.
