With the arrival of her new baby approaching fast it would only be natural for Jessica Alba not to want to spend some quality time with her daughter Honor and husband Cash Warren.

The family were spotted out in Beverly Hills, California, this morning heading to Jack and Jill's restaurant to have some breakfast.

Jessica looked positively glowing in a pair of blue jeans and a flowing nude top which just revealed her growing baby bump.

She teamed her outfit with flat beige pumps and a grey jacket.

The day before she had spent the morning picking up presents for her three-year-old daughter Honor, just days after the toddler celebrated her birthday.

The caring mother, whose baby is due later this summer, is obviously keen to ensure Honor doesn't feel left out with all the excitement that normally surrounds a new baby.

The Valentine's Day star picked up colouring books for her mini-me daughter from Star Toys in the swanky Los Angeles neighbourhood of Brentwood, near where Alba and husband Cash Warren live.

The dedicated parents made Honor feel like a real star on for her third birthday on Tuesday.

Dressed in a princess outfit and a 'Birthday Girl' badge she clutched a doll while walking around New York City with Alba.

Later that day, 30-year-old Jessica attended the CFDA Style Awards in New York wearing an orange and purple gown Diane Von Furtstenberg reminiscent of the colour-clash outfit Cheryl Cole wore for her first US X Factor auditions last month.

It was also announced this week that Jessica has collaborated with International luxury jewellery and watchmaker Piaget.

And the actress is also the new face of the company's Possession range.

The new campaign was shot by renowned fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier.

The Possession collection is said to 'represents a bond, an official or secret story of love or friendship.'

The 20th anniversary range is available in white or yellow gold, paved with diamonds or left nude.

Jessica meanwhile returns to cinema screens on 11 August in Spy Kids 4: All The Time In The World.

Jessica Alba was spotted (literally!) as she and her 3-year-old daughter Honor Marie grabbed some food and hit up the farmer's market in LA on Sunday.

Both were all smiles as they made their way past the on-looking photogs, and as Jess doted on her little girl. Also, it looks like she's finally gotten to the point where she can't hide that growing baby bump.

While it may be practically half way into June, LA has been experiecing a bit of not-so-summer weather, and J-Albs expressed her frustration on Twitter.

"Another June gloom day here in So Cal, not sure what we should do today. What are you all up to today?"

What a week Jessica Alba has had!

The expectant mommy started things off at the CFDA awards in the Big Apple, celebrated her adorable daughter Honor's 3rd birthday on Tuesday, and attended the Covenant House California 2011 Gala and Awards Dinner on Thursday. Phew! That'd be a busy week for anyone, not to mention she's pregnant and mom to a toddler.

However, Jessica is back on her home turf and was spotted doing some toy shopping in Brentwood on Friday afternoon. Maybe picking up some belated birthday gifts for little Honor?

We're going to assume these little presents were for a boy, since she was seen leaving with some Spider-Man coloring books. Or maybe Honor is a secret Spidey fan?

A pregnant Jessica Alba and her mini-me were spotted stepping out of their Manhattan hotel to celebrate Honor's third birthday. The mommy-to-be kept it casual, wearing comfy pants and a light oversized sweater. The guest of "honor" was dressed from head-to-toe in all things princess! Will you just look at that face!

Although Jessica kept mum on what the day's events entail, she did reveal to celebrity-gossip that the day includes one of Honor's favorite things to do. "She likes playing dress-up, so there's definitely going to be a playing dress-up element to it."

It's nice to see Jessica get in some well-deserved family time after the wrap-up of her new film, Spy Kids 4.

Jessica Alba spent her weekend attending the Yale University class of 2001′s 10 year reunion, but was able to make her way to the Big Apple to attend Council of Fashion Designers of America awards on Monday evening.

Sporting her ever present baby bump, Jessica was glowing in a flowy, custom Diane von Furstenburg neon frock.

The 30-year-old actress is known for her love of fashion, so it should come as no surprise that she was asked to take part in the evening’s festivities.

Jessica took to her Twitter to share her excitement, and said:

They have rarely been seen together before but two of Hollywood's most famous Jessicas are spending the weekend with each other.

Alba and Simpson seem like chalk and cheese but have at least one thing in common - both their partners graduated from Yale University in 2001.

The two ladies went along to support their significant others at the celebration of their 10-year reunion in New Haven, Connecticut.

Alba, who is expecting her second baby later this year, was with her husband Cash Warren, while Simpson came along with her fiance Eric Johnson.

The two families chatted and laughed as they enjoyed a walking tour of the Ivy League campus.

Both Johnson, a former NFL player, and Warren, a Hollywood producer, will be proud to show off their famous ladies while surely many of their former classmates will be wondering how they managed to get so lucky.

Prior to arriving at Yale, a proud Alba tweeted: On my way to NYC and Connecticut with the family.'

'Love spending time together although Cash is bothering me already... ha! Yale reunion this weekend. Excited to live vicariously through all those Ivy Leaguers with fancy degrees,' she added.

Simpson wore Daisy Dukes for a second day running - this time in red.

She paired her shorts with a white vest and long-sleeved denim shirt and wore tall brown sandals.

The singer-turned-fashion mogul clung on to the hand of her fiance as they walked around the prestigious college.

Alba looked very maternity chic in a long patterned skirt, black vest and cropped black leather biker jacket.

Her husband pushed along their adorable daughter Honor Marie who turns three later this month.

She played with her doll and looked around the campus that she may be going to one day to follow in her father's footsteps.

The gang stopped and posed for group pictures with their friends and fellow alum.
